Group Counselling – “You’re not alone”

Are you looking to connect with others who are facing similar challenges and want to explore different viewpoints and coping strategies in a more flexible approach?

Why not give one of our online group therapy sessions a try? Depending on the programme, these sessions can range in size from 6 to 12 participants. We are here to help using our unique therapeutic approaches, professional experiences, and life experiences in circumstances such as if you are struggling with an undiagnosed health condition or if you know someone who has recently been diagnosed with a new health condition, or if you are a parent, carer, or family member of a child with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and are finding the journey difficult, as well as many other agendas.

Our online sessions offer a safe environment for people to interact, exchange stories, and develop as a community. Whether you're struggling with relationship issues, bereavement, or anxiety, our trained therapists provide you with real-time help and support. If this sounds like something for you, then why not become a member of our virtual community and discover healing in a convenient, secure setting.

Group therapy offers several benefits:

  1. Community and Connection: Participants connect with others facing similar challenges, reducing feeling of isolation.
  2. Convenience: No need to commute; sessions take place from the comfort of your home or a safe space.
  3. Cost-Effective: Often more affordable than individual therapy.
  4. Diverse Perspectives: Exposure to different viewpoints enriches personal growth and coping strategies.
  5. Effective Support: Address anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and relationship issues.
  6. Flexible Sessions: Having the opportunity to engage in both individual and group sessions simultaneously.

Online group therapy can be a powerful tool for healing and growth!
