Working Through Trauma Therapy provides counselling by appointment only; it is not appropriate for individuals who require immediate medical or psychological support. It is imperative that you get help right away if you are experiencing severe distress, suicidal ideations, or thoughts of severe self-harm. This can be obtained through speaking with one of the following agencies: your general practitioner, the NHS Mental Health Services, or the emergency services.

These services are for anyone who's struggling. They won't judge you. They're free, they're anonymous, and they're always open.
